Now I look in the mirror and see a tired, grim, angry and frustrated dude who just waits for an opportunity to burst out and beat some poor person for saying the wrong thing. The way out? If you can't afford a vacation (I can't either) try to explain to the people you come in contact with that it's not a good time to pressure you. Then take some time, read a good book, do something fun and relaxing (whatever suits you) and gather your strength. Most will understand and leave you be, and the ones who don't are just stupid. BTW, I'm the guy over at roBlogFest who has your phone number.
